Petäjävesi Viestilaitemuseon Tukiyhdistys ry sells products to companies and individuals worldwide. All transactions, visits, written orders and parcel mail traffic take place at our office at the Radio and Telephone Museum at Heinämäentie 58, 41900 Petäjävesi. Our address is only for official letter mail: Ala-Murtolantie 15, 41900 Petäjävesi.
These delivery terms are valid from December 1, 2020, and are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries. We can change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
Products and pricing
The features and prices of our products are presented in connection with each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check this before accepting the order. Product prices include any taxes that appear on the shopping cart and order confirmation.
The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging) and the delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you accept and confirm, is, except as set forth below in the notice of right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement with us on these terms of delivery.
You can also do business at our office at the Radio and Telephone Museum.
Paying and payment methods
You can pay your order with the payment methods described in our web store and available for selection in the shopping cart. At our physical office at Radio and Telephone museum, you can pay by cash or debit card.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
We will deliver your order via to the least expensive delivery method. If you want to choose a specific delivery method, you can mention this in the details field for the order.
Our most common delivery times are 7 to 30 days, depending on the country, delivery method, the length of the order queue and our current resources.
Right of cancellation and return policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, in the case of regular delivery, receiving the first batch of goods.
The notice of cancellation must be made clearly, for example, by e-mail or by a written notice provided with the returned goods.
The right of cancellation only applies to products in their original condition and, accordingly, returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return. The right of cancellation does not apply to products picked up from our office, as the customer then has the opportunity to inspect them before receipt.
If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given to our Return Address below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the cost of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.
When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund. Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
When you return a product, we appreciate you explaining why you returned it. However, we do not require it.

Order checking, problem situations
Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please report it to our customer service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days and we will agree on how we can correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

Petäjävesi Viestlaitemuseon Tukiyhdistys ry shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages related to the order, delivery or product or for any of the above, except as otherwise provided by a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law.
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service in the first instance to arrange this.
If the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
