Musta ulkokuori, Ch 001 - 128. Nokia käytti varhaisemmissa Actionet-verkoissa japanilaisen Kyodon KG110 -sarjan tukiasemaradioita, jotka ristittiin uudestaan nimellä BSR80/150/230/450. BSR450 -koneita tuli muun tavaran ohella alkuvuodesta 2000 markkinoille, kun paikalliset puhelinyhtiöt purkivat AutoNet-verkkojaan. Modifioitavissa radioamatöörikäyttöön 70 cm bandille.
